Payment is made by bank transfer.

At MUSA we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product, for this reason although it is not possible to make exchanges, because in our studio we only work to order, if you are not completely satisfied with your article, we ask you now our sincere apologies and we will proceed to the adjustment of it.

Possible reasons for the change / adjustment of the article:

By default
The item is great to me
Item is small to me
The article is short
The article is long
(These reasons are only valid if they are not the responsibility of the customer, when you sent us the measures)

In the event that the ordered product is found to be defective or otherwise non-conforming, which is not the responsibility of the customer, the customer may choose to return the product.

As soon as the customer notices a defect or other non-conformity of the product, you must notify us by e-mail geral@musadesign.pt, sending supporting photos.

Once we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

All adjustments and returns must be made within 14 days after receipt of the order at the address chosen by the Customer.
We do not accept adjustments / returns, with any defects caused by the consumer.
In case the customer chooses to adjust or return the item, the associated shipping costs are charged to the customer.
